Last week I co-presented a webinar – Returning to the Workplace – with Jeri Quinn.
I know there are many pressing issues, and I am helping clients every day with the challenges and opportunities technology can present to businesses of all sizes. However, it was amazing how many questions the audience had in bringing their employees back to work safely. Employee safety is of paramount importance to them. Likewise, they are equally concerned about returning without compromising the business. So many of my clients want to make sure their employees are comfortable working. Whether working remotely, hybrid, or in the office, they don’t want technology to be an issue. They are taking steps to make necessary upgrades, complete technology implementation, increase training, and set up automation to make everyone’s work-life better.
